It is a Re seller & Distributor of the World’s top Foods, Beverages and Consumer Goods Companies like Nestle, Unilever, British American Tobacco (BAT), English Biscuits, Beiersdorf, SC Jhonson & Sons, Mondelez, Asian Foods, National Foods, Packages, Santex and Tariq Glass etc supplying 3,000 plus SKUs in 25 plus cities (as direct distributors) and 300 plus towns (as re seller to Sub Distributors) through a distribution network of 110 plus warehouses and 450 plus supply vehicles.

Since its inception in 1985, PND Group has successfully managed, sustained and enhanced its portfolio of esteemed business partners by rendering the best in class sales, distribution and related services to some of the finest brands in the world. Brief history of PND Group is as under:

• PND Group came into being in 1985 as Pak National Distributors wherein Unilever Pakistan Limited business was commenced in Bahawalpur City.


• From 1985 to date Group witnessed phenomenal growth both organic and through new business acquisitions by expanding business with new principal companies both in existing and new territories.


• Currently PND is Pakistan's second largest distributor and handling agent of the Nestle Pakistan Limited serving in 20 cities through direct distributions and hundred plus towns through four handling/Sole/Master Setups.


• Geographically, our network is spanned over Southern, Central and Upper Punjab whereas we are also serving our customers in KPK and AJK through our handling distributions of the Asian Foods and Santex.


• We are leading direct distributors of the BAT/ Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC) with presence in six cities (Multan, Burewala, Kot Addu, Lodhran, Layyah and Karor Lal Esan).


• We are also leading direct distributors of the Unilever Pakistan Limited with presence in five cities (Multan, Bahawalpur, Lodhran and Basti Malook).
• English Biscuits Manufacturers, Santex, Asian Foods, Tariq Glass, Mondelez Pakistan Limited, National Foods Limited, and Packages Pakistan Limited are also among our major business partners.
