Thus, we have incorporated a new private limited company under Companies Act 2017 in the name and style of “PND Distributors (Private) Limited".

Besides achieving perpetual succession and separation of legal entity from management under the concept of corporate veil, we believe, this new initiative will also boost trust of all stakeholders including but not limited to our esteemed Principal Companies, Customers, Bankers and Creditors etc. being a SECP regulated entity.
